Ian worked really hard to find cars for both me and my mum and he managed to source us the perfect cars. Delivery was great, my car was in the showroom. The car was still a little bit dirty at handover hence my 4/5 score.

As above. I had forgotten you fitted the seat heaters because done at purchase so was clearly I liar when I said nobody but you had touched the car.

Treated well and kept informed. Staff called me in the lead up week due to the bad weather asking about our ability to come in and their availability. The service received at day led me go back to test drive another car which I have now ordered.

The service department were very helpful, kept me updated with the progress off the car. However, it wasn't cleaned as well as I expected. Also issues arose after the service which they didn't pick up on.

I love my new car and the service received at garage. Not 5 stars purely because of the inconvenience of having my old mini collected from my house on a week day with time unspecified until the evening before.
I was given full information, the staff were professional and at the same time friendly. The technical service was very good and reliable.

All was good apart from the time I had to wait to pick up my car. Wasn't booked into while you wait service.
Needed my car back by 2pm which was achieved. Car looked great. Only down point is I was standing waiting for a while before someone helped me but there were only 2 members of staff on the floor and they were both busy
The chap who booked my Mini in and looked after me, kept me informed. Even the young girl doing the hoovering smiled, I was most impressed.

Servicing department at Eastern Mini are very good but your labour costs are pretty shocking
