I have had a few problems with my MINI and i have had to chase the dealer allthe time has they have failed to contact me every time they promised.I will never go to this dealer again

People were helpful and keen to sort the issue with the car. However it's unclear at this time as to whether they have fixed the recurring issue therefore only 2.5 stars for now. If it's fixed, then this goes up to 5 otherwise it drops to 1.

Scott in the service dpt really great friendly, efficient and kept me fully informed all the time the dealer had the car. Would be very happy to deal with him again. He is a credit to Eastern Motor Company.

Was asking or return calls but they got me confused with another person on their system

The timescale given to me from MINI UK in the recall letter was 1 hour but the timescale given by the dealership was 5 hours.

An tool was left attached to a pipe which meant that the part had to be replaced free of charge. The dealer apologised but shouldn't of happened.

They rang too many times during the day, to the extent it became obtrusive. Less is more

I was not very happy, the auto start stop was not working. I was waiting for half an hour and I was not told I was waiting in the wrong area. The car was dirtier when I collected the car than when I took it in.

I found all personnel I had direct or indirect contact with extremely pleasant. The made contact, smiled and asked if I required anything whilst I was waiting. Nice atmosphere. When booking my car in the chap was very helpful.

Was told I had runflat tyres which I hadn't, had a puncture and was driving on the rim. Complained but no one called me back

People were really good at the dealership. I asked for a courtesy car but there was not one available. So i could not get away.The service desk person was not so good.
