We have a great salesman at Mini in the name of Charlie Smith who looks after us well keeping us informed of how our new car is doing and when it will be ready for purchase. He is very experienced in our eyes and would not hesitate in going back.

Daniella was friendly and professional. The thoroughness of the health check exceeded my expectations and the video showing the worn parts recommended for replacement is excellent. The vacuum and wash was carried out to a high standard.
