My Mini was in for a service & MoT. I waited at the service centre until both were completed rather than take a curtesy car. I was warned it might take all day and it did. I used the time to look at the cars and take a test drive. Service & MoT OK.

My car was pick up at the house and and a call to say it would. I wes keep in touch with the work on the car vi video the mini team were friendly. And the car brought back and put up my drive so I could get into to it. I'm a wheelchair user. Thanks.

Lots of issues on the day of my Mini Countryman handover, the car was damaged and also missing a key, a stressful day which impacted my Mini experience, although when it was raised with the Centre manager he did his best to resolve the issues quickly
