The customer service experience was so dissatisfying here. The work done on the car is good, but the discussion around the items in my bill was met with abruptness, coldness and was such an awful experience. I wont return.

£400 bill after I bought the car 3 and a half months ago for the issue I sent it in for to not be resolved the screen I need fixed is on back order. Possibly will not fix the issue also was left hardly any charge after filling up loan car!

Fob removed from key during service. (Included battery change) Within 2wks key nt working. Back out to garage and asked for an extra key fob but not given. Washer blocked after service -had to pay £180 (4 x more than local garage)
