Generally, the purchase and delivery was straightforward. There were multiple delays in the process of ordering but this was managed well by the salespeople.

No question was left unanswered. Always felt welcome. It was a big expensive move for us but felt reassured throughout. Jack and Louis both knew us due to enquiring about switching our mini out for countryman before. Both excellent in their approach.

I particularly found the video I was sent very helpful. The gentlemen went round the full car and pointed out the work required. Even for someone with limited knowledge of cars, this made it clear and easy to understand.

The service/MOT took a whole day. I was told to bring the car in at a specific time and had to wait in the showroom for over 30 mins before someone came to take my keys. The same poor experience when the car was finally finished

I took my car in before 9:00, it was after 17:00 when it was ready for to pick up. When driving home I noticed an alert for the tyre pressure. 3 out of the 4 were wrong & there was only 1 silver cap, the other 3 were black off a different car.

In branch customer support could be improved. Other Mini dealerships and luxury brand car dealerships offer complimentary coffee on entry. We had to ask if we could have a coffee and were then pointed in the direction of the coffee machine.
