Excellent. Got to see models we were considering. Got to test drive those cars. Post handover. Only concern was that one tyre pressure was 0.3 bar below the recommended pressure so I had to inflate it once I noticed. The other 3 were fine.

Sales staff at purchase and handover all very pleasant and welcoming. Charlie had the patience of a saint dealing with BMW Finance and helping me get correct info for my misinformed insurance company. Craig at handover explained things very clearly.

MOT & service took 3 days. Front pads needed, not in stock, arrived next day, incorrect pads, so took further day. Workshop video audio terrible - always is. Vehicle returned with a warning light - low washer fluid. Home collection service great

Easy to arrange appointment and availability of loan car. Took option to replace tyre but replacement tyre was not inflated adequately resulting in warning light about tyre pressure coming on and trip to garage next day to inflate new tyre

Disliked intensely receiving texts rather than talking to staff. Also that I was charged for disposal of broken item without being offered the chance of disposing said item myself. No help offered to get me home when car deemed unsafe to drive!
